Job Summary ($21.00 - $23.00 depending on experience)

Greet patients as they walk in and out of the office. Answer phones. Collect moneys from patients. Schedule patient appointments. Call patients and remind of appointments and missed appointments. Basic front desk duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

Be at work and have a great attitude towards all our practice members. Office hours are as follows... MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY 7:45-10:30 AM and 2:45-6:45 PM. TUESDAY 2:45-6:15 PM. You will be responsible for the front desk of a very busy chiropractic office. You will be a vital part of a team that is here to deliver the best Health Care to the North County.

Qualifications and Skills

Personable, Able to learn basic computer functions/systems. Energetic with a good attitude. An interest in health and well being is a must. Person should be motivated and ready to take our office to the next level. Having experience in a Chiropractic office as an employee or patient would be great...

Experience

- front desk: 1 year (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Chiropractic assistant: 1 year (preferred)

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

- Spanish speaker (optional)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
