Job description
Floor Manager
* Join an energetic team for our growing winery! Seeking enthusiastic Floor Managers who can provide an excellent guest experience while showcasing our house made wines.
Responsibilities:
A Floor Manager will over see and be in charge of a certain area such as the greeting desk, the cafe, the tasting bar and the dining area. The floor manager will be in charge one of these sections and will be perform. They will be working with and in charge of their team in each section.
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Attentively serve guests in a timely manner.
Oversee certain sections of the Winery and make sure other teammates are comfortable.
Maintain a clean working environment and appearance.
Requirements:
Previous Bartending experience preferred but not required.
Relevant training (such as TIPS) preferred but not required.
Display excellent customer service and communication skills.
Presents a pleasant, friendly attitude.
Evening and weekend availability required
