SUMMARY: The Cage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Cage Manager in the successful operation of the cage.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for supervising the Cage operation.
• Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming experience.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. Facilitates, processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
• Development of employees, interviews, hiring and evaluations.
• Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the casino's assets and funds.
• Review Cage activities and promotions Casino Bank Manager.
• Meet with Departmental Directors and Managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
