Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Mia's Home Staging, you will be responsible for maintaining an orderly and clean warehouse environment, crucial for the efficient handling and preservation of our home staging assets. This role requires diligence in organizing and maintaining various types of bedding, pillows, and decorative items, as well as direct involvement in setting up and dismantling staging projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure that the warehouse work environment is kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Organize and categorize different types of bedding, pillows, and decorative items to facilitate easy access and maintenance of inventory.

Staging Setup and Dismantling:

• Prepare beds and layout bedding materials for staging projects according to specified designs.
• Place towels and other necessary items in bathrooms for staging.
• Assist in the packing and careful storage of all items used during the dismantling of staging projects.
• Perform a thorough cleaning of houses post-dismantling to ensure spaces are left in pristine condition.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Conduct regular checks to ensure that all tools and equipment are available and in working order.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and storing staging supplies.

Transportation:

• Operate company vehicles to transport staging materials to and from project sites as required.
• Ensure adherence to all driving laws and company policies regarding vehicle usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role focused on organization and cleanliness.
• Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
