Requirements

Supply Chain Management:

  • Collaborate with clinic staff to understand supply needs and requirements 
  • Coordinate and helps leaders execute the procurement process for necessary supplies 
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for efficient stock management
  • Track and analyze supply chain performance, making improvements as needed 

Equipment Oversight:

  • Find innovative ways for tracking and maintaining equipment across clinics 
  • Assists in Scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality 
  • Facilitate the replacement or repair of equipment as necessary 
  • Conduct regular audits to assess equipment counts and functionality
  • Collaborate with vendors and technicians to address equipment-related issues promptly 

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate effectively with clinic staff to understand their specific supply and equipment needs
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure operational needs are met 
  • Maintain open communication channels with suppliers to address issues when needed
  • Provide training and guidance to clinic staff on proper supply ordering and reporting 

  Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of supply orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
  • Generate regular reports on supply chain and equipment status for management review
  • Document equipment maintenance and update records accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in documentation

Education and Experience:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Plastic Surgery knowledge preferred
  • HIPPA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead
  • Lifting, pushing and pulling over 25 lbs.
