The Role:

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you’re the welcoming face and reassuring voice for our patients. You play a key role in shaping their experience, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients warmly, making them feel immediately at ease.
  • Managing appointments and patient flow, balancing efficiency with a caring approach.
  • Supporting our dental team to provide seamless care.
  • Handling patient records with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.

Your Daily Impact

Patient Engagement:

You’re the welcoming committee and information hub, ensuring each patient feels at home and well-informed.

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients, setting a positive tone.
  • Provide clear, concise information about our services and policies.
  • Address patient questions and concerns, both in person and via email and over the phone.
  • Assist with patient paperwork and payments, ensuring clarity and ease.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Manage and coordinate specialist referrals.
  • Tackle insurance-related questions, ensuring patient understanding and satisfaction.

Appointment Management:

Keep our daily operations running smoothly with your scheduling prowess and proactive approach.

  • Organize and prepare the next day’s patient schedule.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Send out timely follow-ups and reminders to ensure a full schedule.

Treatment Plan Coordination:

Bridge the gap between dental jargon and patient understanding, presenting treatment plans with clarity.

In more detail, you’ll be:

  • Collaborating with dental practitioners to understand treatment plans.
  • Clearly conveying treatment estimates, costs, and insurance details to patients.
  • Assisting patients with understanding their financial responsibilities and exploring financing options.

Administrative Excellence:

Your keen eye for details keeps our administrative ship sailing smoothly.

And here’s what that involves:

  • Accurately entering demographic and insurance information.
  • Performing daily insurance eligibility checks.
  • Handling payments, reimbursements, and insurance referrals and authorizations.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
  • Someone with a background in patient-facing roles, preferably in dental or healthcare settings (1-2 Years of Experience).
  • A team player skilled at problem-solving with strong communication skills over the phone and via email.
  • A friendly, social personality, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team.
