Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: Experienced Canadian Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply Department: Intermediate Stepdown Unit - Med/Surg (4 South) 4 South is a 36-bed medical intermediate/step down unit that cares for adult and geriatric populations of patients who have a multitude of medical diagnoses. We specialize in peritoneal dialysis and respiratory illness. Other common patient diagnosis include, but are not limited to, Heart Failure, Non ST Elevation MI, End Stage Renal Disease, Sepsis, COPD, and Respiratory Failure. 4 south is a telemetry monitored unit. We also offer virtual nursing and camera monitoring in all rooms. Location: Trinity Health Oakland, Pontiac, MI Minimum rate of pay: $33.92 (as licensed RN) - PLUS DailyPAY Position Purpose The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Trinity Health to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team supplying evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Nurses are expected to ease all aspects of the patient visit experience. Shifts Available: 7:00pm - 7:30am Status available: Full-time, every third weekend Required Qualifications: Education Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain BSN within 5 years. Licensure Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License. BLS.
