Description

We are seeking a Delivery Driver/Inventory Assistant to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver/Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inventory, making customer deliveries, driving our company vehicle, and resolving customer conflicts. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage company and customer inventory and ensure accuracy of stock levels

- Pick up orders for delivery and load company vehicle with necessary items

- Safely and timely deliver products to customers while ensuring excellent customer service

- Resolve customer conflicts and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate delivery records and reconcile any discrepancies

- Inspect vehicles for maintenance and safety issues and report any problems to management

- Assist with other inventory-related tasks as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy items and operate delivery equipment

- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
