MI House of Detroit is Hiring a Maintenance Supervisor Near Farmington, MI
We are a Detroit based property management company with 400 properties. We are in need of a maintenance/rehab supervisor. This person would do the following:
Rehab:
-Scopes of Work
-Estimates
-Manage owner dashboard on Monday.com
-Assign vendors
-Set vendor budgets
-Progress check in and photos
-Ensure satisfactory completion
-Final walk through
-Arrange for final cleaning and marketing photos
Maintenance:
-Ensure photos attached to work orders from tenants
-Answer team questions
-Answer maintenance tech questions
-Review payroll
-Ensure rental certifications complete
-Inspection lists
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
