This position is responsible for performing a variety of complex bookkeeping and clerical tasks and for applying accepted accounting procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting records.

Should be familiar with financial statements and able to troubleshoot errors.

Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment and can work well independently.

Accounting experience with Compeat software is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Proven bookkeeping experience
•  Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and Accounting Payable & Receivable principles
• Solid understanding of Inventory and Cost of Goods Sold
• Prepare Sales Tax
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience with Spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Intercompany Transactions
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

 Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related filed
• Accounting work experience: 3 Years
• Quickbooks experience: 3 Years
