On N On Community Child Care is looking for an EEC educator for our After School Program. If you are someone who loves and cares for children, is a diligent worker, and dependable team player, we would love to add you to our On N On Community Child Care family!

Requirements:

• 1 year experience working in child care
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Responsibilities:

• Homework help, arts and crafts, bus monitoring, games and activities, school vacation, and summer fun!!!
• Assist in lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development/needs of each child
• Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development
• Be vigilant during inside, outside and wet play times. Also, be willing to get wet and be in the sun during summer program
• Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services.
• Maintain safe and healthy practices
• 7D license or interest in obtaining a 7D license is a plus with additional pay!!

Regular hours are 7 to 9 AM and/or 2:00 to 6:30 PM (flexible), during the school year.
Summer hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with part/half-time positions available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
