Just outside of downtown Little Rock tucked away in the quiet Riverdale district overlooking the beautiful Arkansas River, our office provides a casual environment where anyone, no matter their role, is encouraged to contribute ideas. Our best solutions materialize when our account executives, designers, and social media gurus bounce ideas back and forth. It usually involves impromptu meetings, lots of emails, and the occasional animated GIF.

Requirements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MHP/Team SI is looking for passionate individuals who are searching for something challenging– who accept change on a daily basis and who know how to turn a "no" into a "what if?"

We’re looking for people who are bright and proactive, who love to ask questions and learn new things.

You are welcome to apply for the internship program if you are a current college student, graduate student, or recent graduate. There is no requirement for major or course of study – only that you are interested in a future career in marketing.

While we have remote teammates around the country, the biggest chunk of our team works a hybrid schedule from our Little Rock headquarters. We’ve found that our interns get the most out of the program when they’re able to experience the collaboration and energy of an in-person, office environment. Therefore, we prefer that our interns are able to come into the office in LIttle Rock three days a week (or more, if you’d like). Of course, we are willing to make accommodations if necessary.

OUR 2024 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Our interns are integral parts of our team. They work on real work for real clients. That means no coffee runs, no organizing files and no busy work. We see our summer internship program both as an extension of your educational journey and a valuable opportunity for our agency to bring in new energy, fresh ideas and talented marketing professionals.

At the same time, we get that you’re still in school. You still have things to learn. That’s why you’re here! This might be your first time marketing real-world companies or working in an office. We’ll pair you with a mentor on your team to answer any questions you might have and help you adapt.

We have internship opportunities available on the following teams:

1. Account Services

This team maintains relationships with clients, strategizes new ways to win, and collaborates with every other team in the agency to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

2. Public Relations/Strategic Communications

Our PR team helps our clients improve their image through earned media placements, influencer relations, press releases, crisis communications and more.

3. Media

This team handles the placement of all our clients’ advertisements. The Digital Media team places ads on social media, display channels, Google searches and more. The Traditional Media team places ads on TV (both linear and connected), radio, billboards, print and more.

4. Graphic Design

Our graphic design team helps our clients develop their brands through creative artwork.

5. Content Studio

Our content studio team helps brands act like creators on social media. Through creative ideas, photoshoots and video strategies, they work on both long-term organic social media accounts and short-term sponsored social media campaigns.

6. SEO/Analytics

At MHP/Team SI, we believe that data drives innovation. This broad-ranging team helps our clients collect, analyze and make the best use of their data. This team also manages search engine optimization efforts for our clients.

7. Operations

The operations team keeps everything flowing behind the scenes. From optimizing workflows, managing human resources and accounting work, our operations team is crucial to the success of the agency.
