MHM Properties is hiring a full time/Part time maintenance technician. This is a permanent position with flexible hours. This is not a janitorial position. Entry level applicants welcome.

Applicants must:

• Have general knowledge of maintenance work: Appliance repair, simple plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Possess basic hand tools
• Have reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Be comfortable on ladders

This position includes a variety of maintenance work for on-campus apartments. MHM has several locations; no day is the same! This is an opportunity to build a career with a property management company that is known for our 5-star maintenance team.

No education requirement. Experience in maintenance field is recommended. We can train for more complex tasks.
