Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools and customer facility while completing PM’s and repairs of contracted equipment.
• Other duties as required by the Branch Manager, which could include keeping service jobs organized and turned in daily, managing inventory of tire needs, willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Adhere to all Company policies and work rules.

Position Requirements:

• Computer skills or ability to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and safely operate a forklift.
• Must have own Tools.
• Must have good phone skills to work with customers and schedule jobs.
• Confidentiality.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
