This position supports the Rental and Resales departments in administration of ERP invoicing, asset record updates and reporting to the management team. This position is responsible for managing/coordinating customer orders with MH Equipment Suppliers and Customers including order entry, tracking, and invoicing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage/coordinate customer orders with MH Equipment Suppliers and Customers including order entry, tracking, and invoicing.
• Works with Rental and ReSales Managers and other business segments to ensure appropriate levels of integration, cooperation, and support are accomplished.
• Manage input and extraction of Rental and ReSales equipment on ERP system.
• Administration and invoicing of Remarketing (Wholesale) sales including Inventory set up.
• Administration of Rental contracts Short to Long Term in ERP including entering leases, FPO (Full Payout), and RPO (Rental Purchase Option)
• Update ERP record types and specs.
• Overview and management of Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Assist with obtaining purchase prices from vendors.
• Assist with assuring ReSales Website is accurate.
• Support Rental and ReSales Managers as needed.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday plus whatever time is needed to get the job done. This is a salaried position, exempt from overtime.
