MGT is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our amazing team. We specialize in providing primary care for geriatric patients in Senior Living communities. This is a full-time position.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team here at MGT. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate treatments

- Provide education and counseling to patients on preventive healthcare measures and treatment options

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care

- Utilize electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks) to document patient encounters accurately

Requirements:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of AZ

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Ideally looking for someone with at least 1 year experience

- Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and healthcare team members
