We are looking for a 1st shift Painter to perform required prep work and spray surfaces of heavy steel and casting fabrications with protective prime and top coat paints per customer specifications.

Preferred candidates should:

• Have an eye for good quality finish and desire to do quality work.
• At least six months experience using a High-Volume Low-Pressure paint gun.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing/production facility.
• Understanding of multiple coating processes.
• Ability to read and understand paint specifications.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions/Work Setting

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, repetitive motion for up to 8 hours
• Exposure to sounds and various noise levels
• Work setting indoors, environmentally controlled
