THE PAY RATE Starting at $22.50/hr

THE JOB

The Workforce Management Specialist designs and implements scheduling solutions using advanced software to meet dynamic business needs. They ensure adequate staffing across all departments by delivering exceptional service to internal customers, including staff and management teams, in a collaborative and supportive manner, following the S.H.O.W. principles.

THE DAY TO DAY

• Monitoring and communicating all system issues and downtime effectively.

• Creating scheduling solutions for departments that align with current business demands and exceptions.

• Collaborating with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and develop efficiency strategies.

• Proposing scheduling changes and innovative business models.

• Continuously seeking and implementing new best practices to improve staffing while adhering to labor agreements, ethical standards, and equity considerations.

• Striking a balance between optimal scheduling, service expectations, and legal requirements.

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to manage daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and callouts.

• Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, Average Speed of Answer (ASA), and Average Handling Time (AHT) daily, weekly, and monthly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute counting tasks

• Priorexperience is a plus

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• One (1) year experience in Casino/ Hotel specific accounting/ audit/ administrative or clerical experience and/or equivalent

• Knowledge in Dimensions, Opera , Kronos, Workday is a plus

• Bilingual is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Proficient computer skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, and holidays as needed.
