The JobAs a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing table game operations in a casino, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting dealers, and providing excellent customer service. STARTING RATE: $34.81/hour
The Day-to-day
The JobAs a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing table game operations in a casino, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting dealers, and providing excellent customer service. You will monitor game integrity, track performance, and maintain legal compliance, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience . You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
STARTING RATE: $34.81/hour
The Day-to-day
- Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed
- Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policy
- Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure that all procedures are adhered to
- Has a high school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- Has at least 2 years of casino operations supervisory experience
- Has at least 2 years of table games dealer experience
- Proficient in at least 2 core games plus all carnival games (Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold 'em)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
