THE JOB:

As a Table Games Dealer at the unique and vibrant Park MGM, you will expertly manage a variety of table games, ensuring compliance with established rules and procedures while delivering exceptional guest service. In this role, you will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating an enjoyable and memorable gaming experience. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $11.25/HR Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Proficiently deal multiple game types, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and their variations
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of game transactions, including fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions. Accurately exchange cash or markers for chips, handle losing and winning bets efficiently, and collect commissions based on the game dealt
• Proactively communicate with supervisors or Table Games Managers regarding any irregularities, disputes, errors, or claims during gameplay to ensure a smooth, fair, and effectively resolved gaming experience
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere while clearly communicating player instructions, card totals, game results, and other necessary information as required by each game's procedures to enhance the overall gaming experience
• Exemplify the highest level of guest service by attentively addressing their needs, promptly responding to inquiries, and efficiently resolving complaints within designated authority, while seamlessly escalating matters to management when necessary, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is bilingual, possessing fluency in multiple languages, enhancing communication, and providing exceptional service to a diverse clientele
• Has experience dealing with a diverse range of table games, including two core games and carnival-style offerings

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Either a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience proficiently dealing with various table games
• Nevada Gaming License
• The ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
