PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Supervisor Recreation Services, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise the daily operations of the pool

• Respond to and assist with incidents/accidents and involve security for support and completing applicable reporting

• Responsible for the hiring, coaching, training, and supervision of employees

• Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork

• Performs other job-related duties as requested

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience, preferably in a resort setting

• Proficient in basic administrative tasks preferred

• American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certified

SCHEDULE:

Full Time

STARTING PAY RATE:

$20.00 per hour
