THE JOB :
As a Spa & Salon Sale Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within Spa & Salon.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele to understand their preferences and needs as you offer product recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide a high level of service with in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and materials used in services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory levels are optimized.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Experience in luxury retail sales or high-end hospitality
