THE JOB :

It is the primary responsibility of the Senior Slot Technician to help oversee the installation, service, and maintenance of slot machines on the slot floor, while ensuring their proper functionality, appearance, and integrity.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental property policies, practices, and procedures.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

• Repair and maintain slot machine components including circuit board assemblies including but not limited to : Power supplies, Voucher printers, Bill validators, Video monitors
• Test slot equipment using digital multi-meter, oscilloscope, Huntron tracker, monitor test equipment, capacitor and inductor analyzer
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using manufacturer testers and manuals, wiring diagrams and the internet
• Assist with daily projects and maintenance on slot floor when necessary
• Repair and rebuild all mechanical and electronic slot game components
• Pro-actively resolve any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary
• Setup and strike of slot tournaments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two (2) years of slot technician experience
• Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Four (4) years of experience in slot maintenance
• Knowledgeable of electronic and slot equipment
• Extensive knowledge in all aspects of gaming device technology
• Proficient in using a computers
• Excellent customer service skills
