THE JOB:

As a Floater Sales Associate at all of our exclusive essentials shops nestled within the prestigious Bellagio, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service and luxury to our esteemed guests. From assisting guests in finding their perfect items to driving sales and maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you'll ensure that every visit to our shop is a delight. Join us in crafting memorable moments and elevating the shopping experience for all who grace our doors.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage guests with exceptional service, creating memorable moments

• Assist guests efficiently, maintain a tidy and safe shopping environment, and ensure products are readily available, enhancing the ease of shopping

• Take ownership of the guest experience, actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a POS system and cash handling

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Someone with previous experience in the retail industry

• Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Collaborate effectively with teammates, clients, and external stakeholders by using clear and effective written and spoken communication

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• At least six (6) months of previous Retail Sales experience to include cash handling

• Ability to work varied shifts to include graveyard/swing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays

• Alcohol Awareness Card
