THE JOB

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Busperson to join our prestigious In-Room Dining team, committed to upholding the renowned Forbes Standards of excellence. As a Busperson, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests within the comfort of their rooms. Your attention to detail, dedication to cleanliness, and commitment to exceeding guest expectations will contribute to the exceptional reputation of our establishment.

DAY TO DAY

• Retrieve tables and used dishware promptly from guest rooms following meal service, ensuring a discreet and efficient process.

• Refresh guest rooms by removing used items, replacing amenities, and maintaining an organized and inviting environment in accordance with Forbes Standards.

• Complete tasks with attention to detail and efficiency, minimizing disruption to guests' experiences.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to streamline operations.

• Assist housekeeping staff with light cleaning duties as needed, contributing to the overall cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms.

• Interact with guests courteously and discreetly while performing table removal and room refreshment duties.

• Respond promptly and professionally to any guest requests or inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, proactively offering assistance to enhance their stay in accordance with Forbes Standards.
