Key Responsibilities: Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of related experience HS Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Physical Requirements: Position includes standing, sitting, walking in a warehouse environment. Must be able to carry and operate a laptop at times. Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse Critical Skills: Good Safety Management skills Good Time Management Skills High energy, motivated, and promotes a positive team environment. Good communication skills with the ability to speak with individuals to clearly explain each process effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills High degree of flexibility needed, in order to meet challenges of working in a high intensity environment with constantly changing priorities Must be capable of working independently and self-directed with minimal oversight from management Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must be able to operate the Power Industrial Equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certification.
