Located in St. Louis, MGM Healthcare provides administrative services for Centers providing rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living across Iowa, Missouri and Oklahoma. MGM’s affiliated centers provide on-site therapy and rehabilitation services using the latest equipment and techniques that range from physical and occupational therapy to specialty care units. This position supports all MGM-affiliated Centers.
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk is responsible for assisting Billing Specialists in collecting payments on behalf of affiliated Centers by carrying out a variety of day-to-day tasks including data entry, sending reminders to for late payments, completing data audits or double-checks, and completing financial transactions by classifying, verifying, recording, and computing Centers’ receivables. Under the direction of a Billing Specialist, the AR Clerk may assist with confirm patient data, preparing and submitting claims, resolving unpaid claims, and/or educating local Center contacts on revenue-cycle-management needs.
