Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Assist in training and development of staff
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Utilize retail math skills for sales analysis and forecasting
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Must have DOT card with experience in driving 26ft box trucks and E-Logs
- Experience in team management or leadership roles
- Ability to develop training programs for staff development
- Knowledge of stock management and replenishment processes
- Experience in conducting interviews for hiring purposes
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
