Rsponsible for executing the management and logistics of daily workflow production for assigned constuction projects. Oversight, compliance and recording of Safety for the asigned project. Assisting the Project Manager by communicating inventory, potential issues and opportunities, and job performance/daily completion progress. Assist in the planning and controlling of every stage ( from pre-constrution, through to completion) of roofing installations or repairs of commercial and governmental properties constuction projects. Complete projects on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute Safety Plan and compliance oversite

Identify and rectify any practical problems in achieving the planned result

Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standard are met. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of unified facilities guide specifications for section 7

Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines including preparing site specific fall protection plans.

Prepare and deliver reports detailing the progress of all roofing work

May perform other duties as assigned

Complete multiple daily reports for internal and Federal partners

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airbourne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occcasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Directly supervises multiple empoyees and subcontractors, Carries out supervisory responsibilities policies in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responibilities include interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning and dirrecting work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
