MG Properties is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Community Manager for our Carillon Apartments and Enclave at Warner Center Apartments in Woodland Hills, CA!

This position is responsible for building and training the Leasing Teams, marketing, overseeing and maintaining property budgets, and all operational tasks to help both communities thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

 Compensation and Benefits

• $90K-$105K/annual salary DOE
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
