Responsibilities:

- Provide medical administrative support by maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and insurance claims.

- Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and explaining treatment procedures.

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers and ensure patients understand dosage and frequency.

- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations until further medical assistance is available.

- Conduct patient intake procedures, including measuring and recording vital signs, height, weight, and medical history.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

- Ability to provide excellent patient service with compassion and empathy.

- Competency in medication administration following established protocols.

- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
