- Shifts: Days - 8 hours, Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
- Work Location: Onsite; Sacramento, CA
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, limitations, and functional abilities.
- Review medical histories, diagnostic tests, and input from other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive understanding of the patient's needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, such as massage, joint mobilization, and soft tissue mobilization, to address musculoskeletal issues.
- Instruct and educate patients on proper body mechanics and postural control.
- Use various therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy, to complement rehabilitation efforts.
- Regularly reassess and monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and progress notes.
- Adhere to ethical principles and professional standards in patient care, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient autonomy.
Requirements
- 1 year Home Health experienced required.
- Oasis experience preferred
- HCHB preferred but will train
- Mileage at IRS rate between patients
- COVID vaccination preferred. Exemptions permitted with weekly testing
- CA license on hand
