• learn the mezeh menu; ingredients, recipes, build guides for entrees, importance of freshness
• learn the mezeh way; learn the dos and don'ts of the mezeh front of house so that you can serve our guests with the consistency we have established across the brand
• teamwork; mezeh is not a 1-person job, you will need to work closely with your co-workers to get the job done right
• mezeh app; you will need to know how the mezeh app works so that you can help guests understand the rewards program and how to use it!
