PA areas - KOP, Conshohocken, State College and future areas

Job description

what we’re looking for:

  • outstanding district/area managers with previous fast-casual restaurant experience and positive attitudes. manager will be overseeing multiple locations in the NJ and PA areas. Must be ready to take on a great deal of responsibility and lead their teams to success by ensuring every guest receives incredible food and service.

responsibilities :

  • commitment to standards, expectations and procedures
  • uphold high standard of food quality and freshness
  • enforce recipes are being followed correctly
  • run shifts very efficiently
  • accountability for all financial matters: sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses
  • ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for
  • managing weekly store inventory
  • oversee all locations in the above areas
  • making and tracking all store purchases
  • promote brand through outstanding customer service, catering, community giving, events, etc.
  • provide every customer with an outstanding dining/service experience, both in-store and to-go/delivery
  • relay allergen and nutritional information to guests as requested
  • ensure the store is opened and closed properly
  • follow all state and corporate food safety and sanitation requirements
  • create a welcoming, hardworking team dynamic

requirements:

  • able to work 50-55 hours/week
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • a legal driver's license to deliver caterings
  • Serve Safe Certified
  • 3 or more years of GM management in fast casual or full-service industry
  • Experience as a multi unit manager
  • strong skills in: communication, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and leadership
  • great work ethic
  • outgoing and energetic personality
  • able to be on your feet for 10 hours a day and lift up to 50lbs
  • basic knowledge of microsoft 365 (outlook, word, excel)

Salary: Range from 70k-90k. plus monthly and quarterly bonus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
