Summary/Objective The Houseperson Host will ensure the operational abilities of the Housekeeping Department by preparing for, maintaining, and recovering from various activities and functions throughout the hotel. Assists Housekeeping Hosts, dispose of trash, transport laundry, and clean the common areas of the hotel. Essential Function: Resolves guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; responds promptly to any guest request for service Arrives at work in a timely fashion in accordance with the posted schedule.
