Breakfast Cook/ Evening Reception CookCook Operate the functional areas of the breakfast, Evening area, and will serve as the first impression and “face” of the restaurant to all guests. Will assist in service as needed on the floor to maintain a smooth operation and maintain the guest experience while dining. Will ensure the operational abilities of the Breakfast area by preparing for, maintaining, and recovering from various activities within the Kitchen. Also Evening Reception is prepared and maintained at a good level. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and engage guestsMaintaining the breakfast Buffet area.
