Our Independent Insurance Agency located in Watertown and is expanding, we are looking for the right person to join our dynamic team.

No prior experience in the insurance industry is require.

This unique Account Executive position will be responsible for Customer Service and Client annual reviews. We are seeking an individual that is motivated, passionate, self-driven, and enjoys building strong relationships within the community and helping people by doing meaningful work that makes a difference for our clients.

Salary: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year salary

In addition to your salary we will offer Commission

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations for commercial and farm accounts
• Collaborating with experienced producers to drive sales goals
• Designing coverage plans and managing communication with key relationships
• Conducting account rounding to maintain and grow business relationships
• Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing support as needed
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive team environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a field of interest or a degree in any field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Outgoing and cheerful personality
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• High level of attention to detail
