The Order Fulfillment Associate is part of our Ecommerce Fulfillment team & is responsible for the review & entry of customer received orders.
This includes but is not limited to reviewing & keying orders received via automated methods & those received via email along with reviewing order fulfillment related reports.
The position requires a detailed level of attentiveness to ensure orders are handled properly & provide customer support as needed related to orders.
Preferred Experience :
- Education / Certification(s) : Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience : Previous experience in data entry and customer service
Job Duties for an eCommerce Order Fulfilment Associate :
- Perform data entry with an attention to detail
- Field customer calls and emails to provide information
- Maintain an organized work-space with multi-tasking capability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Promote a team environment, willing to learn, and accept instruction
- Attention to detail and superior decision-making
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist with the management of order automation systems and customer portals
