- Handling of Returns and Return Approvals

- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Precisely and accurately handle cash, checks, and other types of payment
- Be knowledgeable and actively participate in all sales promotions and other campaigns

- Address customer complaints in a positive manner, work diligently to resolve any conflict and escalate to management when necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures for all transactions
