Cook Responsibilities
• Properly prepare variety of foods according to recipes
• Adhere portion to size and plate presentation
• Meet food time standards and quality
• Assist the Kitchen Manager and staff with various assignments
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation policies
• Properly set and set up and take down station and restock as needed
• Other duties may be designated
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• Food Handlers Certification – company will pay initial cost if needed (not required in Bartlesville, Oklahoma)
• Servers, Cashiers, Bartender & Managers – TX TABC (company will pay initial cost if needed); LA Bar Card; OK Liquor License
