Position: Manager in Training (Facility Manager)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 comprehensive benefits package
Metz Culinary Management and Environmental Services is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Manager-In-Training in our Environmental Services Division.
Upon completion of the training program, the manager will be eligible to be placed in our EVS Division at an account located in the Harrisburg area. There is also the opportunity to be placed at an account throughout the Eastern United States with relocation assistance available.

What is the position you will be trained for?
You will be trained to take on the role of a Facility Manager. The Facility Manager is a General Manager and has an overall responsibility of Environmental Services to include Custodial, Housekeeping, Grounds, and Maintenance services. He/she oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, and customer and client relations; directs through supervision, service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results.
What does the training involve?
In order to be an effective manager, you must also encompass a winning leadership mindset. In order to accomplish this, all of our managers in training work hands-on learning the roles and tasks of the positions that they will be supervising. Training includes learning each position, becoming proficient with EVS equipment, stripping and refinishing of floors, employee relations, and other administrative skills and tasks. You will be provided all necessary training that is needed to be successful as a Facility Manager!

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred
