Metuka Freshly Baked is Hiring a Bakery Team Member Near Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
- Designing and improving recipes.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Experienced with sourdough bread baking.
- Self-management and reliability are a must.
- Food safety manager certificate.
- Experience with laminated doughs is a plus.
- Fast working, industrious, and with a get-it-done attitude.
- Work will be 5 days a week.
- Baker will be paid according to her\his proficiency.
