Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Americas Hub Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the outbound delivery processes and resolving internal quality issues to ensure a quick resolution to meet our customer's delivery expectations.

Shift : Monday - Friday (11 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM)

• Ensure timely resolution of shipping errors and order holds to help drive on-time delivery and daily execution.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify root cause of disturbances and determine the most efficient solution.
• Monitor, identify and resolve issues pertaining to Goods Issue and delivery creation / cancellations.
• Facilitate the correction of internal errors identified by support and our warehouse colleagues.
• Communicate with internal and external organizations and freight forwarders to ensure timely resolution of outbound issues.
• Manage SharePoint website to advise internal departments regarding optimal shipping methods in addition to order resolutions.
• Facilitate the consolidation of AM Hub warehouse deliveries as required by the customer.
• Assist in driving a lean culture within the AM Hub organization.
• Consolidate, record, and report quality issues.
• General outbound support as needed.
• Finalize, prepare, and complete documentation for Level 1 HazMat shipments
• Work hands on within daily warehouse operations when required
• Work hours are 11 : 00am -7 : 30pm

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma
• Associates degree in Logistics or related field is preferred Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivating
• Ability to work with business calculations such as currency conversions.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, and basic statistics.
• Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
