Metrowest Healthcare Academy is accepting applications from Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses to teach clinical skills to our Nursing Assistant students in a skills lab and clinical site settings.

Requirements:

1. Must have a current Massachusetts RN/LPN license

2. Must have a minimum of two years working experience in a Long-Term Care Facility

3. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience supervising/educating CNAs and strong clinical skills.

4. Must have some experience using technology (Zoom)

5. Must be able to provide a current PPD, physical exam and proof of Covid-19 vaccination

6. Must be able to teach students in-person on days that they have skills practice (both in the skills lab and in a clinical setting). Note that there shall be an extra $3.00 per hour on clinical days.

7. Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.

8. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $31.99 - $33.99 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
