Excavating - Medway MA contractor seeks SERIOUS OPERATING FOREMAN

Job description: Septic and Site Foreman WANTED with minimum 8 years experience in earth work operating equipment.

A clean drivers and Hydraulics Licenses is required.

This is a hands-on operating and managing position where you’ll need to have exceptional skills for operating heavy equipment while simultaneously managing crews. Impeccable organizational and communication skills are a must to make certain you’ll have the capacity to independently run projects as you're reading blueprints and managing horizontal and vertical control for both residential and commercial septic and site projects. Candidates must also have the ability to install water, sewer and electrical utilities.

Pay is dependent on experience, but the right candidate can expect 50.00/ hr with vehicle, cell phone & 401K provided. Holidays paid and vacation is added after 6 months.

Medical and dental are also available.

This is a full-time position where production / efficiency bonus’s will be available once productivity and continuity have been established.

Schedule:

Daily shifts

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
