MetroTech Chemicals is Hiring a Warranty Administrator Near Charlotte, NC
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and processing information related to the company’s online warranty system. Their duties include accurate reporting of warranty accounts, reviewing cancellation claims, processing cancellations, managing customer programs related to our products and warranties and providing month-end accounting reports. The role will serve as the primary contact with customers for all their warranty system requests. This role will assist with various other accounting, reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
Primary Tasks:
- The primary tasks of the Warranty Administrator are below:
- Manage information tables within the warranty management system
- Process warranty pricing and program changes as requested
- Review and process warranty cancellations
- Prepare monthly warranty statements for customers
- Ensure timely receipt of warranty registration deposits from customers
- Assist with integration workflows between warranty management system and accounting system
- Assist in preparation of various monthly internal management reports
- Provide customers and partners with an exceptional experience
- Assist Controller and CFO with projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Polite and energetic communication skills
- Technical understating of warranty administration process
- Enjoys high volume transactional accounting
- Unwavering attention to detail
- Desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting and finance
- Understanding of the Office 365 suite of products
- College degree in related topical area is required
- Previous warranty administration experience required
- NetSuite experience a plus
Compensation will be based on experience.
