We are seeking a talented Junior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the .NET framework, with expertise in coding in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, or MVC. Additionally, proficiency in SQL and database design is essential for this role. Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Development:
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and propose technical solutions.
- .NET Development:
- Utilize the .NET framework and C# to build web applications, web services, and backend components.
- Implement functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Database Development:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases and queries for SharePoint applications and related systems.
- Perform physical and logical database design, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Integration and Customization:
- Integrate SharePoint solutions with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and custom connectors.
- Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of developed solutions.
- Perform testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues and defects in SharePoint applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and coding in C#.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC for web application development.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with physical/logical database design.
- Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for project deployments and deadlines.
