As a Performance Management & Strategy Consultant II, you'll strengthen the management of Department of the Air Force (DAF) strategic planning and aligned performance metrics with the goal of making an impact across the federal government. You'll have significant potential for professional growth.

What you'll do:

• Provide hands-on guidance to Air Force leaders on making strategic and senior leadership mission guidance actionable for Airmen and the broader Air Force community. Drive process, governance, and technology improvements.
• Be a leader who can work with senior leaders to innovate in a dynamic environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 5 years of experience in several of the following areas: organizational change/transformation management, business case analysis, process reengineering, performance management and improvements, risk management.
• Experience driving innovation and change management initiatives on Government or Commercial projects.
• Experience managing multiple and/or competing activities at once with the ability to effectively prioritize with little to no intervention.
• Experience providing recommendations for and implementing industry best practices for performance management and briefing and/or advising executive-level stakeholders.
• The ability to develop materials with minimal oversight, including agency-level reports and documentation.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or higher and an active Secret clearance or higher.
