HVAC/ Controls Technician job description to replace retirees at end of this year and April 1,2024
- Must possess valid Indiana drivers license
- 5 years’ experience working in the commercial/ industrial HVAC field
- Boiler / hydronic heating loop and associated equipment experience
- Chiller plant and associated equipment experience
- Strong electrical knowledge 24,120,240,480 volt
- Experience with variable frequency drives preferred ABB
- Will need a very strong background with Siemens Insight and Desigo
- BAC net experience is a plus
- EPA 608 certification
- Plumbing experience helpful
- Able to work alone with little or no supervision
- Experience with electric motors, sheave and pully alignment
- Must have knowledge and experience trouble shooting all aspects of heating/ air conditioning/ air delivery systems
