Location: Rochester, NY

Duration: 13 weeks

Start Date: April 15, 2024

Shift: Day/Night Rotation, 3/12-Hour Shifts (36 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $65-$70 (Depending on years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and report any changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and disease management.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Float to various units within the facility as needed to meet staffing requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to float to different units within the facility as needed.
